Initial Screening

Each candidate is interviewed to assess experience, qualifications, attitude, and communication skills.

Enhanced DBS Check

We conduct enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checks and verify identity documents.

Reference Checks
We obtain a minimum of two references, including one from a recent employer in health or social care.

Mandatory Training & Updates

All staff complete Care Certificate-aligned training, including moving and handling, safeguarding, infection control, and medication awareness.

Induction & Policy Briefing

Before their first shift, staff are inducted on your service requirements, policies, and expectations.

Ongoing Monitoring

We carry out regular spot checks, client feedback reviews, and refresher training to maintain high performance.
