After managing multiple CQC-regulated services and leading large teams through inspections, audits, and transformations, I saw the need for a service that not only met standards—but led with values. I founded Smartrose Health Care Limited to bridge the gap between compliance and compassion—offering a regulated, relationship-based approach that benefits both individuals and care providers.
As a CQC-registered manager, I remain actively involved in the governance, quality assurance, and strategic direction of our services. I am deeply committed to upholding the highest levels of care, safeguarding, and leadership accountability.
